At SellerLink Technologies Private Limited (“SellerLink.in”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we are committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. Since our platform operates on a zero-commission, direct-contact model, we do not charge customers for transactions between buyers and sellers/service providers. However, we do offer value-added services such as paid promotions, subscriptions, and premium tools. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to those services.
1. General Policy
- Payments made by customers to sellers or service providers through direct offline transactions are outside the scope of SellerLink.in. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes related to such transactions.
- Refunds are applicable only for payments made directly to SellerLink Technologies Pvt. Ltd. through ‘SellerLink.in’ platform for promotional services, subscriptions, or premium features offered within the platform.
2. Paid Promotions
- Once a paid promotion (e.g., featured listing, boosted ad) is activated and the listing goes live, the payment becomes non-refundable.
- If a promotion fails to activate due to a technical issue on our side, the amount will be credited to the user’s SellerLink.in wallet/account balance for future use.
3. Subscriptions & Premium Services
- Subscription fees (monthly/annual) are generally non-refundable once the subscription period begins.
- Users may cancel their subscription anytime; however, cancellation will only stop future renewals. The current billing cycle continues until expiry.
- If a subscription service is unavailable due to a technical fault from our end for more than 72 consecutive hours, users may request a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments
- In case of duplicate payments or erroneous transactions, users should contact our support team at info.sellerlink@gmail.com.
- After verification, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Successfully availed promotions or boosted listings.
- Subscription services once activated.
- Payments made directly between buyers and sellers/service providers outside the SellerLink.in platform.
6. Process for Refund Requests
To request a refund, users must:
- Contact SellerLink.in support at info.sellerlink@gmail.com with transaction details.
- Provide proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, or screenshot).
- Refund eligibility will be reviewed within 5 business days, and users will be notified of the decision via email/app notification.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
SellerLink.in reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy anytime to reflect changes in our business model, legal requirements, or customer needs. Updated policies will be published on our website and mobile application.
