Welcome to SellerLink Technologies Private Limited (“SellerLink.in”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User”, “Seller”, “Service Provider”, or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using SellerLink.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Nature of the Platform

• SellerLink.in is a digital marketplace that allows sellers, service providers, freelancers, and businesses to list products and services directly for potential customers.
• The Platform is commission-free; SellerLink.in does not act as a middleman in transactions.
• Buyers and sellers communicate directly and are responsible for negotiating, verifying, and completing their own transactions.
• SellerLink.in does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings. Users are advised to exercise due diligence before entering into agreements.

3. Account Registration

• Users must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details and any activity under your account.
• SellerLink.in reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities are detected.

4. Listings and Content

• Users may post free listings or opt for paid promotions/subscriptions.
• You must ensure your listings are truthful, legal, non-misleading, and do not infringe on third-party rights or promote prohibited goods/services.
• SellerLink.in reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content at its discretion.

5. Revenue Model

• Free Listings – Available to all users.
• Paid Promotions – Users may pay for higher visibility or featured placement of listings.
• Subscription Plans – Businesses or service providers may subscribe for advanced features, priority placement, analytics, and promotional tools.
• All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Volunteer & Social Support (Blood Donor Feature)

• Free blood donor registrations are available for individuals.
• SellerLink.in does not verify medical condition, eligibility, or availability of donors.
• Connections happen directly; SellerLink.in is not liable for outcomes or risks involved.
• By registering, you consent to share your contact details for humanitarian purposes.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with laws, avoid unlawful activities, independently verify parties before transactions, and indemnify SellerLink.in against disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, software, and content belong to SellerLink.in. By posting listings, you grant SellerLink.in a license to display and promote them.

9. Limitation of Liability

SellerLink.in is a facilitator, not a party to transactions, and is not liable for product/service quality, misrepresentations, or damages. Users engage at their own risk.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We process data per our Privacy Policy. Sensitive donor data is shared only with explicit consent.

11. Termination

SellerLink.in may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may deactivate anytime by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Balasore, Odisha.

13. Amendments

SellerLink.in may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
